my partner and i had a delightful stay at marriott! the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. we loved the lovely remodeled interiors and the view from the exchange. every staff member was so welcoming, making us feel right at home. plus, we thoroughly enjoyed the serene spa and the indoor pool. we wish we had more time!

I also noticed that the cleanliness of the hallways was lacking. trash was visible and not picked up during our stay. Additionally, the noise from nearby clubs kept us awake, making our stay quite unpleasant.

Staff like Don Brown provide commendable help, delivering luggage from a distant parking garage seamlessly. Unfortunately, the rooms felt dated, with unpleasant odors that didn't reflect the hotel's vibrant restaurant and lobby ambiance. Additionally, valet service was inconsistent, causing frustration on two separate occasions due to poor communication and long waits, particularly during a busy weekend.

We had a fantastic time exploring the nearby museums and markets, all within walking distance. The staff were super friendly and our room was comfy. Just a heads up, the bar staff could use a bit more attention, but the overall vibe was great!

We enjoyed the excellent location, just a short walk from the vibrant downtown where we explored shops and local eateries. The valet was exceptional, making our arrival stress-free by handling our bags while my wife checked us in.

In my wife’s opinion, the loud noise from nearby events kept us from getting a good night's sleep.
